Sharjah Asset Management, the investment arm of the Sharjah government, recently organized its first Padel tournament for employees. The event witnessed the participation of more than 40 male and female employees at the Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club.

This tournament is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to improve employees’ well-being and mental health, fostering an environment of happiness and positivity while promoting teamwork.

His Excellency Salim Saeed Al Midfa, CEO of the Corporate Communications department and Customer Service sector at Sharjah Asset Management, stated: “Our employee padel tournament reflects our commitment to creating a stimulating environment that develops the skills of our staff, both physically and mentally, and provides them with opportunities to engage in their hobbies. The company is dedicated to empowering its human resources, promoting an internally motivating environment that improves overall performance, and ensures the sustained well-being of its employees.”
All participants were honoured at the end of the tournament.
