Dubai School of Life Brings Fresh Energy to Summer
Hello Summer
Dubai Culture invites all community members to join a vibrant lineup of innovative experiences this June through its flagship initiative, School of Life, which is part of Dubai’s Quality of Life Strategy. Under the theme ‘Hello Summer,’ the program will feature 18 hands-on activities across the Impact Track and a variety of themed clubs, focused on literature, health and nutrition, chess, family development, language, career, art, and calligraphy. Each session is designed to help Dubai Public Library visitors develop new skills in new and exciting ways
Health & Nutrition Club
The Health & Nutrition Club promotes holistic well-being through sessions focused on healthy eating and mindful movement. Participants build sustainable lifestyle habits while exploring the connection between nutrition, wellness, and daily balance.
Art Club
The Art Club invites both kids and adults to explore their creativity through drawing, painting, and hands-on art projects. Whether guided or open-ended, each session encourages self-expression, imagination, and creative confidence.
Book Club
The Book Club offers reading sessions for children and adults at different times, fostering a love for literature and discussion. Children engage through stories and interactive activities, while adults explore deeper themes and shared reflections in a welcoming setting.
Family Development Club
The Family Development Club offers a welcoming space for individuals to strengthen family bonds, enhance well-being, and grow together through community-based learning. With engaging sessions on parenting, communication, and personal development, the club supports meaningful connections at home and in society.
Language Club
The Language Club celebrates cultural exchange and learning through languages like Arabic and French. With age-appropriate formats, children engage through play and storytelling, while adults build conversational skills and cultural insight.
Calligraphy Club
The Calligraphy Club explores the artistic and cultural dimensions of writing. Participants can join distinct experiences such as the Ruq’ah Impact Track, focused on Arabic calligraphy, or creative sessions like Baybayin Calligraphy.
Photography Club
The Photography Club supports budding and intermediate photographers in developing their visual storytelling skills. With opportunities to explore technique, composition, and community themes, the club encourages participants to capture meaning through the lens.
