

Over 22,000 Emirates Group employees took the Dubai Fitness Challenge this year, leading corporate participation
DUBAI, U.A.E – 1, December, 2025: More than 22,000 Emirates Group employees participated in Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) 2025, making it one of the largest corporate contributors to the citywide 30×30 initiative, based on official fitness app data. To encourage active participation in The Dubai Fitness Challenge, The Emirates Group again offered one free Service-Related Concession flight ticket to anywhere on the Emirates network, as an incentive for employees who complete the 30-day challenge.*
High Participation in Dubai Run
Over 2,000 Emirates Group employees took to Sheikh Zayed Road for the Dubai Run, transforming the city’s iconic road into a testament of wellness and community spirit. The Group’s exceptional turnout was one of the highest among Dubai’s corporate participants in the 30X30. Running alongside colleagues, friends, and family, they embodied the Group’s unshakeable culture of teamwork and community.
Beyond the Dubai Run, Emirates Groups’ strong participation in Dubai Ride and Dubai Stand-Up Paddle, demonstrated organisation-wide commitment to an active lifestyle.
Throughout the month, the Emirates Group’s 30 sports and hobby clubs played a central role in keeping employees active, offering sessions in football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, cricket, cycling, and more, with a goal of reaching 30 minutes of daily activity or hitting 10,000 steps a day.
As part of its DFC line-up, the Emirates Group hosted an exclusive activation at Zabeel Park for employees. The event featured Zumba sessions and other interactive fitness activities.
