Domestyx Expands in UAE with New Trust & Verification Features for Domestic Hiring

Following its successful partnership with FasterCapital’s LaunchUp Program, Domestyx, the UAE’s first trust-first platform for domestic worker hiring, is taking another bold step toward transforming the region’s household employment market.

The Dubai-based startup has announced the rollout of new trust and verification features as part of its ongoing pilot, designed to make domestic hiring safer, faster, and completely commission-free for both workers and families.

“Trust is the real currency of domestic hiring,” said Kabir J. Nandagaoli, Founder of Domestyx. “While most platforms focus on listings, we’re building the infrastructure of safety — verified profiles, transparent ratings, and secure in-app communication that ensures peace of mind for both sides.”

The latest update introduces:

Manual ID and background verification for workers

Phone and email verification for employers

A secure in-app chat system to prevent fraud and misuse

Community-driven ratings and flags to enhance accountability

Through FasterCapital’s mentorship and investor network, Domestyx is accelerating its product roadmap and preparing for regional expansion. The startup’s pilot in Dubai has already begun onboarding verified domestic workers and small service providers, with upcoming plans to expand into Saudi Arabia and India.

“The UAE’s domestic service market is valued at over $6 billion and remains largely offline,” added Kabir. “Domestyx is digitizing trust — making hiring affordable, transparent, and humane. With FasterCapital’s support, we’re one step closer to redefining how millions of people find and hire trusted help.”

Domestyx is currently raising $500,000 in pre-seed funding to complete platform development, enhance KYC automation, and scale verified user acquisition across the UAE.

Domestyx’s Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is already live, with a full worker verification and KYC system planned for early 2026. A pilot program is underway in Dubai, with expansion to Saudi Arabia and India planned in Phase 2. The startup is raising $500,000 in pre-seed funding to strengthen product development, worker onboarding, and KYC operations.

With its focus on trust and scalability, Domestyx aims to become the global marketplace for domestic and informal workers, unlocking a billion-dollar opportunity and transforming millions of lives.
