It is a pleasure to invite you to attend the International Air Transport Association’s IATA World Cargo Symposium taking place from 15 – 17 April 2025 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates at the Dubai World Trade Center.

Keynote speakers from local government, airline senior leaders and industry experts will set the tone for the conference, focusing on this year’s theme of ‘Innovate, Elevate, Accelerate’.We would also like to draw your attention to the following press opportunities: 

• Press Roundtable – Tuesday 15 April 10.30 -11.15 am, AWE Room 205Willie Walsh, IATA’s Director General, Brendan Sullivan, IATA’s Global Head of Cargo along with other top industry cargo executives.

• Media Interviews We will be offering interviews for journalist across a range of air cargo related subjects. Please email requests to kaczynskak@iata.org

High-level delegates from airlines, cargo operators, airports, freight forwards, shippers and regulators from across the cargo value chain are expected to attend this year’s World Cargo Symposium. The full conference program is available here.

Media Registration There is no registration fee for media to attend WCS and you are invited to stay for the full conference; however, you are requested to pre-register.

The media code for WCS is – WCS2025MEDIA. 

Please follow these instructions for easy online registration:

Step 1: Click here to access the WCS Registration page.

Step 2: Complete the online registration as prompted registering as ‘media’

Step 3: On the Payment page (at the end of the registration process) insert the discount code WCS2025MEDIA to tender a $0 balance tender a $0 balance. 

Step 4:  Click “Apply” and then “Finish”.

Step 5: Once confirmed as media, your registration details will be sent across.
