Sharjah, 21 November 2024 – Chairman of Sharjah Asset Management Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi has honored the winners of the first Nojoom Organizational Excellence Awards during a prestigious ceremony at the Sharjah Cultural Palace.
The awards, launched by the investment arm of the Government of Sharjah, recognize exceptional performance across individual, team and organizational levels whilst promoting best practices in corporate excellence.
The ceremony drew senior leadership from across the organization, including Sharjah Asset Management Group CEO His Excellency Waleed Al Sayegh, alongside executives, subsidiary project managers and employees from throughout the company.
The event highlighted Sharjah Asset Management’s commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the emirate’s investment sector.

The awards program, developed by the Sharjah Asset Management Strategy and Excellence Department, reflects senior management’s commitment to launching initiatives that foster sustainable development and cross-departmental collaboration.
The comprehensive eight-month selection process included workshops for all departments, followed by rigorous evaluation and judging phases, ensuring a fair and transparent assessment of all candidates.
Notable achievements recognized during the ceremony included breakthrough innovations in operational efficiency, exceptional project management outcomes and outstanding contributions to workplace culture.
The awards spanned multiple categories, acknowledging both individual excellence and team achievements across various departments and subsidiaries.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi presented winners with the prestigious Nojoom Excellence shield and certificates of appreciation, recognizing extraordinary achievements across multiple categories.
His Excellency Al Sayegh expressed particular gratitude to the organizing committee and judging panel for their meticulous evaluation process, which has set a high benchmark for future editions of the awards.
