From Falcons to Formula 1 marks the Etihad Museum’s season finale event, commemorating the second season of programming. This event features a series of PechaKucha presentations centered on racing sports, exploring their history and popularity in the UAE.

From the first all-female camel racing league to the rallying of the early 2000’s, and the mental agility demanded by blitz-chess, these presentations offer insights into six different racing worlds.

PechaKucha, a Japanese presentation format, ensures a concise and dynamic pace, enhancing audience engagement throughout the event.

What is 20×20 PechaKucha?

The PechaKucha 20×20 presentation format is a slide show of 20 images, each auto-advancing after 20 seconds. It’s non-stop and you’ve got 400 seconds to tell your story, with visuals guiding the way. PechaKucha was created in Japan in 2003 by renowned architects, Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham. The word “PechaKucha” is Japanese for “chit chat.”

About Dubai Culture
