MEMCO and United Trans Unlocking Growth Through Strategic Collaboration
Abu-Dhabi – UAE, 30th September 2025: MEMCO Associates India Pvt. Ltd. (MEMCO), a trusted end-to-end solutions provider in the rolling stock and transport sector, has announced the formation of a strategic joint venture with United Trans LLC (UT). This partnership marks a significant step toward delivering advanced service solutions in passenger rail and transport infrastructure. It brings together MEMCO’s proven expertise in project management, interface management, testing & commissioning, operations, maintenance, and lifecycle services with UT’s strong understanding of customer requirements, deep regional presence, and established network.
The MEMCO–UT Joint Venture (JV) and strategic collaboration will focus on:
