Domestyx Partners with FasterCapital’s LaunchUp Program to Transform domestic workers Hiring in the UAE
Dubai, UAE – July 2, 2025 – Domestyx, a trust-first hiring platform for domestic workers and small businesses, has announced a strategic partnership with FasterCapital through its LaunchUp program. The collaboration aims to make the domestic hiring process safer, more transparent, and commission-free across the UAE and beyond.
Tackling a Global Challenge
In the UAE alone, there are more than 750,000 domestic workers, most hired through informal or unverified channels. Globally, millions face the same challenges—unregulated markets, high agency fees, and safety concerns. Domestyx addresses these issues by offering:
Verified worker profiles
Secure in-app chat
Multilingual onboarding
Affordable job postings (AED 20 / $15)
Robust safety measures
This model empowers workers to connect with employers without paying commission, while giving families and businesses a safer, low-cost alternative to traditional agencies or unmoderated social media groups.
Partnership with FasterCapital
Through FasterCapital’s LaunchUp program, Domestyx will benefit from technical development support, mentorship, and fundraising assistance. The pre-seed partnership validates Domestyx’s vision to become the leading platform for domestic hiring in the region.
“Domestyx exemplifies the innovative, impact-driven startups we seek to support,” said Hesham Zreik, CEO of FasterCapital. “They are tackling a real problem in domestic hiring and have the potential to scale globally.”
“This partnership is a pivotal milestone for us,” added Kabir Nandagaoli, Founder of Domestyx. “With FasterCapital’s guidance, we are building a platform that prioritizes trust, safety, and affordability—improving lives for workers and families alike.”
Growth Plans
Domestyx’s Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is already live, with a full worker verification and KYC system planned for early 2026. A pilot program is underway in Dubai, with expansion to Saudi Arabia and India planned in Phase 2. The startup is raising $500,000 in pre-seed funding to strengthen product development, worker onboarding, and KYC operations.
With its focus on trust and scalability, Domestyx aims to become the global marketplace for domestic and informal workers, unlocking a billion-dollar opportunity and transforming millions of lives.
