Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) invites you to an interactive discussion exploring the connection between poetry and urban music. Featuring Emirati artist Sud G, who challenges stereotypes about the genre, and poet Salem Al Attas, a key figure in brining slam poetry to the UAE. Moderated by Saudi music expert and radio host Hassan Dennaoui (Big Hass), the session will delve into the influence of western musical styles on Gulf music, its artistic value, and how different generations perceive it.

The auditorium at the Etihad Museum includes 110 fixed chairs with a distinctive architectural design, and the display screen can be used as a state-of-the-art cinematic system.
The reception area overlooks the magnificent and unique architecture of the underground museum. As visitors walk down the stairs, at their first right they will reach the Union Theatre equipped with 120 seats for special occasions, temporary exhibitions, conferences and various other activities.
